On July 8, 2026, Lightricks converted its 22B audio-video generation model, LTX-2.3, from PyTorch to run on Google's TPU7x using native JAX, as detailed in a field guide on the process. Previously, on June 6, the company separated its profitable consumer app business, including Facetune, from its generative video division, while cutting 75 additional jobs.
