Kansallisteatteri, a publicly owned entity headquartered in Finland, also known as The Finnish National Theatre (Finnish: Suomen Kansallisteatteri), was founded in 1872 and employs approximately 70 individuals, having reported $9.0M in revenue as of 2023. The company operates as a theatre located in central Helsinki on the northern side of the Helsinki Central Railway Station Square. It is recognized as the oldest Finnish speaking professional theatre in Finland, and was formerly known as the Finnish Theatre until its renaming in 1902.
