The company operates as a provincial-level media conglomerate in central China and is the primary state-owned broadcaster for Henan Province, maintaining a media ecosystem that integrates satellite and terrestrial television, radio, and the digital news platform Elephant News (Daxiang News). It is recognized for its "China Festivals" series, such as the Tang Dynasty Banquet, which combines classical Chinese culture with XR and AR technology.
