Earlier, on June 15, Global Invacom proposed raising up to $4.9 million in gross proceeds through a rights issue at 3.5 cents per share to fund business expansion, entitling shareholders to subscribe for one rights share for every two shares held. The initial engagement with Viking Satcom, announced on June 4, focused on making Prodelin SMC antennas available in the Americas market, paired with Global Invacom’s innovative electronics.
