This development follows a broader trend where UK gyms, including Fitness First, are positioning "unplugging" as a selling point to address screen fatigue among members. Earlier, on May 21, Fitness First UK began installing Kip’s tap-to-activate phone controls across its UK estate, allowing members to disable selected apps like social media and email during workouts while maintaining access to music, workout apps, and calls.
