Diving Plongeon Canada's Board of Directors appointed Jeff Feeney as its next Chief Executive Officer on September 7, 2026. Feeney, who currently serves as DPC’s Senior Director of Business Development, will officially assume the role in January 2027. Previously, on August 31, 2026, Ontario’s Ella Lindsay was achingly close to securing a spot in the 10-meter platform final (ages 16–18) at the World Junior Diving Championships in Rijeka, Croatia. This followed Alistair Nisbet's performance on August 26, 2026, where he finished just 4.55 points shy of a podium finish in the boys’ 3m springboard finals (ages 14-15) at the same championships. Earlier, on August 24, 2026, Kash Tarasoff finished eighth in the mixed team event and ninth in the boys’ synchronized platform competition. At the same World Junior Championships, Lila Stewart secured a silver medal in the 1-meter Springboard event on August 23, 2026, and then partnered with teammate Mackenzie-Mai Van Houtte-Cachero to earn a bronze in the 3-meter Synchronized event (ages 14–18) on August 25, 2026.
