Cyprus Basketball Federation

The Cyprus Basketball Federation, a non-profit, privately owned organization headquartered in Cyprus, was founded in 1966 and operates with approximately 10 employees. The federation reported $1.5M in revenue as of 2023. Functioning as a tier 3 media tech buyer, the organization primarily generates revenue through sports tickets, merchandise, and sponsorship. It serves as the governing body for basketball on the island of Cyprus and is a division of the Cyprus Sport Organisation. The federation became a full member of FIBA in 1974 and is responsible for representing Cyprus on the international stage, as well as for running the national teams that represent Cyprus at all levels.
