SoftwareOne Holding AG has successfully completed its recommended voluntary offer for all issued and outstanding shares in Crayon, combining two leading global providers of software and cloud solutions. The combined company has a total revenue of approximately CHF 1.6 billion, presence across 70+ countries, and around 13,000 employees. The integration execution process starts today, with a focus on delivering synergy targets, implementing a joint operating model, and harmonizing GTM and offering. SoftwareOne Holding AG has made a recommended voluntary offer to acquire all outstanding shares in Crayon Group Holding ASA for NOK 69 per share. The offer includes a cash consideration of NOK 69 and 0.8233 newly issued shares in SoftwareOne. The offer period will run from March 14, 2025, to April 11, 2025, and is subject to certain conditions. The acquisition is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
