The company reported H1 2026 revenue of CHF 818.3 million, up 68.2% from a year earlier on a reported basis and 11.6% on a like-for-like combined basis, while adjusted EBITDA margin rose to 24.9% from 20.4%. Management said the business is now shifting from integration to commercial execution and customer value creation.

Management said the business is now shifting from integration to commercial execution and customer value creation. The company's shares rose 12.96% to $9.77 after the results, a gain of $1.12. SoftwareONE kept its full-year 2026 guidance in place, expecting mid- to high single-digit revenue growth, and above 23% adjusted EBITDA margin. The company also reaffirmed its long-term EBITDA margin ambition of above 28% by 2030, with roughly 3 percentage points expected to come from AI and automation, 1 percentage point from the channel business, and 1 percentage point from services.
