On July 10, 2026, Continental AG issued a voting rights announcement in accordance with Article 40 Section 1 of the WpHG, for Europe-wide distribution. Previously, on July 9, the company announced plans to develop its first company-owned wind farm in Twistetal, Germany, located near its Korbach tire manufacturing facility. This renewable energy project represents a mid-double-digit million-euro investment. Earlier on the same day, Continental stated it would expand its European Roadshow into a long-term customer engagement platform, extending the initiative across Europe through 2027. The roadshow aims to bring the company’s latest commercial vehicle tire technologies, trailer solutions, and digital services directly to fleet customers.
