Computer History Museum is a non-profit organization headquartered in the US. Founded in 1999, it employs approximately 150 individuals. The organization functions as a museum and historical site, focusing on the preservation and presentation of the history of computing.
The Computer History Museum will host "TechFest: Happy Birthday Apple" on March 28, featuring a rare Apple I and offering hands-on experiences to continue its celebration of Apple's 50th anniversary. This follows a well-received panel discussion, "Apple at 50: Five Decades of Thinking Different," which took place on March 15. Tech journalist David Pogue moderated the panel, which featured Apple veterans and coincided with the release of his new book "Apple: The First 50 Years." Earlier, on March 13, the museum livestreamed its 2026 Fellow Awards ceremony online for public access.
