Barco announced on March 18, 2026, its acquisition of VerVent Audio Holding, the parent company of French studio monitor manufacturer Focal and British Hi-Fi manufacturer Naim Audio, aligning with its strategy to become a fully integrated audiovisual solutions provider. This acquisition followed an agreement signed on March 17, 2026, to purchase 100% of VerVent Audio Holding's share capital, with Proskauer advising VerVent Group and its majority shareholder, Alpha Private Equity. Also on March 17, Prasad’s Multiplex in Hyderabad unveiled a renovated Screen 4 featuring a new state-of-the-art HDR screen powered by Barco technology.
