Bushiroad Inc. established two new international group companies on July 9, 2026, as part of its strategy for long-term financial growth. Earlier, on June 26, Bilibili Game and Bushiroad opened global pre-registration for the new BanG Dream! Our Notes mobile game, ahead of its 2026 release, also initiating sign-ups for a global closed beta test set to begin on August 6 with multi-language support. This followed Bushiroad's announcement earlier in June of "Legends Awaken," the second booster set for the Palworld Official Card Game, which is scheduled to hit retail on October 30, 2026, following the "Dawn of Palapagos" booster. Previously, on June 12, the reason for Bushiroad's decision to transfer its majority stake in New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) to TV Asahi and CyberAgent was revealed; the deal, initially announced in May, was set to make NJPW a consolidated subsidiary of TV Asahi upon its completion on June 30.
