The company provides media and TV services and functions as a tier 1 media tech buyer. Legally operating as ABC-Telecom MMC in Azerbaijan and ABC-Telecom GE LLC in Georgia, the entity was originally founded as "Azerbaijan Business of Communication." It operates as a private commercial electronics retailer, telecommunications supplier, and consumer goods distributor across the Caucasus region. ABC-Telecom serves as the parent corporate entity behind Kontakt Home, a large retail chain specializing in household appliances, digital devices, furniture, and mobile technology. The enterprise manages a network of physical megastores, boutique showrooms, and decentralized distribution centers.
